document is about his assignment to 3rd draft office of Slutsk uyezd.The
document state that NOVOGRUDSKY was born September 21, 1869 and can bedrafted in 1890; faith - Judaic, literate, has no skills. The
Administration
is asking in case of finding the document considers it void. If somebodyuses the document - he has to be detained and persecuted.

NOVOGRUDSKY Shmuil Shevelev (=Shmuil son of Shevel) meshchanin from Mir,
Novogrudok uyezd.
It means that this man (and his family) were Minsk residents at least in
1876 but they came to Minsk from Mir, Novogrudok uyezd where they (the
family) were listed during previous Revision (census). It can be 1858 or
earlier.
