lost document issued by the Administration to Kletsk meshchanin NOVOGRUDSKY

Leizer Vulfovich. The document (ID) # 38/443 issued October 5, 1886.

The document is about his assignment to 3rd draft office of Slutsk uyezd.

The document state that NOVOGRUDSKY was born September 21, 1869 and can be

drafted in 1890; faith - Judaic, literate, has no skills. The

Administration is asking in case of finding the document considers it void. If somebody

uses the document - he has to be detained and persecuted.

that Golshany meshchanin Mendel Shlyomov Novogrudsky reported lost of

his draft document issued for him Oshmyany uyezd draft Office in 1905.

Golshany is a town in Oshmyany uyezd of Vilno Gubernia (now in Belarus)

not far from Minsk to Northwest.

Town of Minsk Administration looking for people who by family listings

of 1876 can be drafted in this 1888 (born in 1867 - vc) but not signed in

(enlisted to) Draft Registration list.

NOVOGRUDSKY Shmuil Shevelev (=Shmuil son of Shevel) meshchanin from Mir,

Novogrudok uyezd.

It means that this man (and his family) were Minsk residents at least in

1876 but they came to Minsk from Mir, Novogrudok uyezd where they (the

family) were listed during previous Revision (census). It can be 1858 or

earlier.

 

NOVOGRUDSKY Yankel Leizerov, a meshchanin

has been scheduled to be a juror in first session of Slutsk district

court of Minsk Gubernia that will work during February of 1885.
